This year, Legs Matter Week (9–13 June) is all about the power of speaking up. Too many people experience poor leg and foot care – and the harm often goes unseen, unspoken, and unchallenged. But when we share our experiences, we shine a light on what needs to change.
That’s why our theme for 2025 is:
Say it. Share it. Change it.
We’re inviting everyone – from patients and carers to healthcare professionals and industry partners – to use their voice to help improve leg and foot care across the UK.

How to get involved
- Share the one thing you wish more people understood
What’s one thing you want others to know about leg and foot conditions?
It could be about symptoms, stigma, treatment, or why early intervention matters. Post it on social media using the hashtag #SayItShareItChangeIt, or record a short video and tag us. - Join the Legs Matter Champion Programme
