Everyone is welcome to use the Legs Matter website, and we want to create a place anyone can explore regardless of technology or ability.
We’re working hard to make our website as easy to navigate and accessible as possible. If you’d like some help with how to get the most from online exploring the My Computer My Way page is a really good place to start
The World Wide Web Consortium have put together Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 which offer a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible.
We’re aiming for level ‘Double-A’ of these standards with our website, to make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and combinations of these.
Sometimes we fall a little short on some areas within our website. We know we can do more and are looking for ways to improve accessibility across all areas of our site.
If you experience any difficulty exploring the legsmatter.org website, get in touch.
